    Primers for 38 spl/357 mag

Data i have says to use small pistol primers for both 38 spl and 357 mag. Is this true? I plan to use titegroup with 125 gn plated bullets

I use Small primers for both. Only time I use MAgnum Primers is for my heavy loads in 357MAG with AA#9 primers.
I have used small for the hot loads and they work fine, just didn't seem to be as accurate and clean burning

For magnum loads, you will want a different powder for sure, if you want true magnum loads.
    I like AA#9 and AA#7
There are others that work well too

I like 158gr Plated for plinking in medium hot 357 Mag Loads, and 158-180gr Jacketed HP for my really hot ones
